From McDonalds to McDonalds

After venturing to five McDonald restaurant me and Tatiana had no luck of finding a right personal who complied with our special order. We even went to restaurant located in the hart of the Time Square where most knowledgeable staff serves people all over the world. Every single McDonalds staff told us that their system was not designed to input order manually and everything was pre loaded for fast output.

Finally, on the way to school we stopped by a McDonalds in East Harlem area to try my luck again. we approached the girl and asked to give us a burger that had exactly four pickles on it and well done french-fries with no salt. Her first expression was if she was getting pank`d by someone. Then she tried to understand my order and tried to input pickles in to her system by pressing pickles four times. However, we already had experience with one of the sales person giving us a receipt with pickles listed four times. So, we told her that it was essential for us to have receipt with four pickles on it because we ware keeping a record of what we ware eating in detail. So she tried to list pickles the way I told her but unfortunately she was not able to do.

Meanwhile line on other register was getting longer and longer and we heard peoples frustration for taking so long to explain my order. The other cashier working on other register stepped in to help her fellow worker by trying to see if he can help us out. Unfortunately, he didn’t know either. We asked to speak to a manager. She came and asked us to wait ten minutes because she had to send all the orders out. She handled the orders and asked us to step to a closed register. She opened it up and start asking us, what it was that we needed. We explained that we kept track of what we eat and wanted a recipe with four pickles listed on it and french-fries well done no salt. She took time and tried her best to take care of us. After, few minutes of punching the screen she was able to give us a receipt with everything we wanted on it. Then she personally went to get our order ready. First she stopped by the frying machine and damped half of the basket of raw fries in to a machine. She put the frying basket in to boiling oil and went to make us a burgers. She was quick to make us an order, she got my fries out and put it in the McDonalds paper bag same thing she did for Tatiana. Once order was complete we gave her cash and opened up the bag to see our brown looking french-fries and burgers. we opened up burgers and saw four pickles located visibly. It looked like she counted the pickles and the placed it on the burger. She looked like she was an effective manager who cared about customers and customer service.

If I was brought to McDonalds to improve their system, I would educate their front line staff to be better informed about the ordering system. I would ask management to be more customer oriented because I had to go to six McDonald restaurants to get what I wanted. Finally, I would improve their computer system to be more easy to input special orders like I had.

Vision Man

Graduate from school with minimum GPA of 3.5

My first goal in my life is to graduate from this college with competitive GPA while not sacrificing anything in my life. I always had a vision of being a college student and athlete. While not sacrificing anything that can make my life less fun. I as some of you know have a great hobby of modifying cars. As of now I am Baruch student with competitive GPA. Moreover I compete for Baruch College tennis team playing at 4th singles. My record is 7-0 not loosing even a single match in this season. With work, school and tennis I don’t have time to study more then I need. But I have a vision set to achieve a stellar GPA and graduate from this school as a athlete and student.

Join Police squad and become a financial officer

My vision is becoming a police officer in New York City Police department. I am already listed for their internship position list and if I get hired by them ill be a police cadet. Moreover, after graduation I will become a police officer and hopefully with my financial degree and skills I will be able to join their financial officer position that will run after financial crimes.

Become a FBI agent

But my vision does not end with becoming a police officer. I want to be a FBI agent. It is highly prestigious job and requires a very hard work to become an agent. But my vision is clear and I will try my best to achieve it.
